Study Abroad

Forms

IWU students wishing to study abroad a required to complete both an IWU Study Abroad Application and any application forms required by their program.  The exceptions to this policy are the IWU London and Spain Programs, and the Pembroke Program: Students applying to these programs need complete only the application for that program.

• Course Approval Form
• IWU Petition Form
• Pre-Departure Packet (do not complete these until you are instructed to do so)

• Waiver
• Medical Information Form
• Study Abroad Financial Aid Form*
• Letter of Understanding (available at Pre-Departure the Meeting)
• Emergency Contact Form (available at the Pre-Departure Meeting)

* All students studying abroad must complete and submit a Study Abroad Financial Aid Form, even if they are not currently receiving any aid.
