IWU Group Fitness


Student Fitness offers students an opportunity to participate in a variety of group fitness classes.  Our goal is to give students another way to improve their physical well-being, and in doing so, have a positive impact on the other dimensions of their total wellness. 

Monday 8:15pm Hoop Class is canceled for the remainder of the semester.
