Dr. Boyd teaches courses in international political economy, development and international relations theory. He has served as staff member and consultant to the Council of Freely Elected Heads of Government, where he participated in elections monitoring projects in Guyana, Panama and Mexico. His research interests include the international political economy of financial reform and the politics of conserving common pool resources.
