IWU Philosophy Club
Have you ever wondered what makes you you?
Do you think you freely chose to attend IWU?
Does God exist?
Could reality be different?
Why, if at all, should we care about ding the right thing?
Do I have a moral obligation to do what the government tells me to do?
The Philosophy Club is a student run club whose purpose is to promote philosophical thinking and discussion.
Things we Do:
- sponsor the listserve "phil" as a public forum for discussion and debate
- host PHILM, a film viewing and discussion series
- host guest lecturers
- go on field trips to other universities
- have a party or two
