Describe your residence hall floor or community.

A respectable, quiet community, that has built lasting friendships over the course of the year.

What’s something you’ve learned from your residents?

That when building a respectful community from the get-go, first year students are good at managing their own community

What do you love most about your job?

Having an awesome staff to work with.

What is an important campus resource you wish more students were aware of?

Thorpe Poster printing!  You can may incredible looking posters.

What program have you been a part of planning that you’re most proud of?

"What is Game Night?"  An alternative  Friday -night program where residents come down to the rec lounge with whatever games THEY want to play.  It was a huge success.

Have you received any programming awards or departmental recognition?

The "Quiet Riot" award

Advice you have for students looking to increase their leadership skills?  

Be open to experiences other than what you would like to have.  I got the Student Conductor position for Titan Band partially through having an equipment manager position the semester before.
