Student Applicants
The TOL selection process consists of three stages: application, online profile, and group interview. These application stages are described below. See our Frequently Asked Questions for additional information.
Stage 1: Application process

Interested students will complete an application to allow the selection committee to learn a little bit about each applicant prior to interviews. Online applications will be live beginning on Wednesday, March 5, 2013. Application review will begin on Monday, April 1st, 2013. Applications received after this date will be reviewed as needed. Stage 2: Online Profile
Sometimes, the best way to tell how a person will represent themselves to new students is...to ask that they do so in advance! All TOL applicants will complete a profile (included on the application) and send in a picture of themselves. Applicants who are hired will have their profiles added to the TOL webpage!
Stage 3: Group Interview
Titan Orientation Leader applicants must complete a group interview in which the Orientation Services Staff will observe how the individuals interact in groups. Group Interviews will be 60-minutes in length. Interviews will be scheduled by applicants after submitting their application. Group Interviews will be held at the following times:
