Minor: Mathematics and Hispanic Studies

After attending Prairie Ridge High School in Prairie Grove, IL, Lauren chose Illinois Wesleyan because it was a school that would challenge her intellectually. She fell in love with how beautiful the campus was and how much unity the students seemed to have. It felt like everyone on the campus was so friendly and genuine.

At the moment Lauren works at theatre summer camps for Christian Youth Theatre. She is employed on campus as a Student Manager at Tommy's restaurant and also as the Director of Programs on the Fraternity & Sorority Programming Board. On campus, she is involved with the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, Chapel/Gospel Choir, and the University Choir. She spends her free time hanging out with my sisters, watching House or Grey's Anatomy, and listening to new music. Lauren's favorite memories of Turning Titan Orientation are the Titan Carnival and the day of the hypnotist.

Lauren's advice for new students:
Don't date anyone right away! Just make friends and let yourself get settled. Also, STUDY! College is not easy no matter what grades you got in high school. You need to spend several hours a day really studying and working on your material. Have a good attitude.
