Major: Biology

Andrew chose Illinois Wesleyan after graduating from Freeburg Community High School in Freeburg, IL. The stellar biology department and the whole feel of the campus led him to choose IWU. The phrase "it just felt right" describes his decision perfectly. Andrew is a TA for several Biology classes and the caretaker of the IWU greenhouse and aquariums. He is also the recruitment director for the social justice group Face AIDS, a member of the biology honor society Tri Beta, a DJ for WESN 88.1 (Radio to the far left!), member of the IWU Judiciary Board, jazz lab band, and tutors general biology students twice a week.

Andrew usually takes the free time he has to relax and catch up with friends, however he does enjoy playing video games and watching TV/movies.

His favorite memory of Turning Titan Orientation is staring out his residence hall window on the 7th floor of Ferguson at the end of the first day of orientation when the reality of the situation hit him that he was finally at college.

Andrew's advice for new students:
Learn how to manage your time. Even with the busy schedule of college, it is still possible to fit in what you want to do.
