The School of Theatre Arts Presents The Breach

BLOOMINGTON, Ill.— The Illinois Wesleyan University School of Theatre Arts presents The Breach. The play, by Joe Sutton, Catherine Filloux and Tarrell McCraney, will be performed Thursday, May 23, through Saturday, May 25, at 8 p.m. in the E. Melba Johnson Kirkpatrick Laboratory Theatre (304 E. Graham St., Bloomington).  

Directed by Raven Stubbs, Class of 2013, The Breach 
explores the devastating impact of Hurricane Katrina and the breaching of the levees in New Orleans.  Made up of three interlocking narratives, the play tells the personal stories of a group of people who survived the storm in 2005.
