I met my husband in a most unusual way. My story might not be unique, but I really fell for him hard.
I was coming out of Buck Library, when I caught my heel on the top step and tumbled down the whole flight of concrete steps, landing at the feet of a tall, dark, and handsome student. He picked me up, introduced himself, and made sure I wasn’t hurt. He asked me for a date and the rest is history.
We’ve been happily married for 60 years (July 5, 2001).
