If you have checked the appropriate area for an item that was listed as "Available" in the Ames Catalog and could not find the item:

• Submit a request for the item through I-Share.
  
• Fill out the form below to report the item missing.  Items reported missing will be searched by the Circulation Department.  If you would like to be notified when the item is found, be sure to include contact information in the appropriate fields.
