Visiting Assistant Professor of Spanish
Illinois Wesleyan University invites applications for a 1-year visiting position in Hispanic Studies to begin August, 2010. Ph.D. preferred, ABD considered. We are particularly interested in US-Latino/a, Mexican, and/or colonial studies. We seek a teacher-scholar with a firm commitment to teaching a variety of courses ranging from advanced literature and culture to all levels of language instruction. Position will involve participation in a university-wide intensive writing program and international studies. Native or near-native ability in Spanish required.
