Information Technology Department Liaison Program
IT has assigned department liaison responsibilities to help follow up on individual department's technology requirements. Responsibilities of IT department liaisons include:
- Evaluating the department's technology requirements
- Monitoring 3900 calls from the department
- Identifying training needs within the department
- Helping the department find technology solutions
- Working with other IT staff to resolve calls
