Helping others is a core value of all fraternities and sororities. Members of each Greek chapter on campus spend countless hours doing community service and raise thousands of dollars for charity each year. In addition to being an opportunity to benefit the community, service work supports personal growth and development, becoming active citizens, and strengthening friendships among members. Here are a few of the many service projects and philanthropies conducted by members of the Illinois Wesleyan Greek Community:
Community Service Projects
Dances at Nursing Homes
Supporting a local animal rescue
Clean-up in community parks
Assisting patients at local hospitals
Philanthropies
