If you choose to file the IWU Financial Aid Application, we encourage you to file electronically by clicking  the link above.  We will receive your application electronically so there is no need to send us a printed copy.

To change your initial PLUS loan request:
Print and complete the 2011-2012 Federal PLUS Loan Request Form then mail or fax this application to our office.

The following verification forms are necessary only upon request by the Financial Aid Office:

Jennings Participation Form (for students who have been offered a Jennings).  This form should be completed after the second week of each semester.
