Illinois Wesleyan University students completing clinical hours in the schools are mandated reporters. Therefore all students enrolled in Education 225, Music 132, or first techniques course must complete the on-line training course for Mandated Reporters concurrent with course enrollment.
The purpose of the online course is to help all Illinois Mandated Reporters understand their critical role in protecting children by recognizing and reporting child abuse.
Submit the certificate of course completion and acknowledgement of status form to Kelly Lawton in CLA 345 or Moreena Tiede in CLA 347 by 4 pm January 14th or send electronically to Kelly Lawton, email@example.com.
Step 1: Complete the mandated reporter course and print or email your certificate of completion.
