Due Date for Fall 2009 Applications: November 2, 2009 at 4 p.m.

Who Should Apply in the Fall?

Juniors who are currently enrolled in Education 255 OR who completed 225-255 sequence but did not apply last spring.

Please note: The application form, essay instructions, and rubric are in pdf format. You can download the latest version of adobe reader here.

• Complete, print, and obtain your advisor’s signatures.

• Submit the signed form to the Educational Studies Office, CLA 146 by 4 pm, Monday November 2nd.

• Students studying abroad should submit as an attachment to klawton@iwu.edu.

• Read essay instructions thoroughly. For question three, please respond to the appropriate question.

• Review the rubric.

• Send completed essay to klawton@iwu.edu by 4 pm, Monday November 2nd. Do not submit a paper copy.
