September 30   Hancock   Columbia Pictures (2008)
A hard-living superhero who has fallen out of favor with the public enters into a questionable relationship with the wife fo the public relations professional who's trying to repair his image.

October 21     Doubt     Godspeed Productions (2008)
Set in 1964, Doubt centers on a nun who confronts a priest after suspecting him of abusing a black student.  He denies the charges, and much of the play's quick-fire dialogue tackles themes of religion, morality, and authority.

November 11     Slumdog Millionaire     Fox Searchlight Pictures (2008)
A Mumbai teen who grew up in the slums, becomes a contestant on the Indian version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?"  He is arrested under suspicion of cheating, and while being interrogated, events from his life history are shown which explain why he knows the answers.
