Warren Kistner | Warren is an Illinois Wesleyan University alumnus of the class of '83. He completed his undergraduate study in Business Administration with a minor in History. Following five years of Business Management experience, he completed a Master's in Counseling at Illinois State University. Warren has worked in career services since 1991. He started his tenure at IWU in 1995. Currently, his duties as director include career counseling, graduate school preparation, programming, employer development, alumni services, and administration/strategic planning. In his spare time, Warren enjoys traveling, biking, and reading. He is also a nature lover with a hobby of ponds and water gardens. He is actively engaged in the Bloomington - Normal community through Rotary International, American Red Cross and other philanthropic work. Professionally Warren has held many leadership roles in ISCPA, IASCUS, the Midwest Association of Colleges & Employers, as well as other professional associations. |

Laurie Diekhoff | Laurie joined the staff in summer of 2007. She is thrilled to be working as the Assistant Director and Internship Coordinator. In this role, she helps students to research and uncover potential internship opportunities and assists students with preparations for the internship or job search -- polished resumes, professional cover letters, and effective interview skills. Laurie is our campus liaison with businesses and organizations that hire IWU students as interns, helping them to advertise their positions to our students, and hosting them at the annual IWU Internship Fair in the fall. Laurie has a Master's Degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Ball State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Prior to IWU, Laurie served as Program Manager for the Community Education program at Heartland Community College. Her previous professional work includes owning a children's book and gift basket business, serving as director of the United Way Volunteer Center and working in student housing at Illinois State and the University of Illinois. She has a passion for children's literacy and serves as co-chair of First Book-McLean County, an organization that works to give children from low-income families the opportunity to read and own their first new books. |

Robyn Walter | Robyn started her work at the Hart Career Center in 2002. She provides career counseling to assist students in identifying a major that is a good fit, finding careers connected to majors, and in exploring and creating a future path combining their academics and practical experience. She regularly works with students on their resumes, cover letters, internship and job searches, as well as their graduate/professional school applications. Robyn has her B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Psychology. She has worked as a child/adolescent/family therapist, consultant, clinical supervisor, and in private practice. She is involved in local running and triathlon clubs and CISSA (Central Illinois Safe School Alliance). |

Sue Noonan | Sue is a graduate of Greenville College class of 2007 where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. Sue has worked in career services at Illinois Wesleyan University since 1999. Currently, her duties as Office & Recruitment Coordinator include front office management, arranging on-campus employer recruiter visits, career fair and other career related event planning and database administration. At leisure, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, photography, listening to music and reading. Her love of travel has taken her to many places and she particularly enjoys cruising. |
