Online Career Resources

eRecruiting is the Hart Career Center's management system for all of our recruitment efforts. Through this system, students and alumni can gain access to on and off campus recruitment information and sign up for these opportunities online. Users can also publish their resume online for employers to review, along with their personal profile. Alumni Mentors are also available through this system.

ISCPA is a network of 23 small private colleges and universities throughout the state of Illinois. It provides shared career resources and opportunities for students and alumni of the member schools.  You can search for jobs and internships posted by various employers.  You can post your resume, allowing it to be reviewed by interested employers.  ISCPA provides information about future job and internship fairs.  It also gives you the opportunity to search for interview opportunities on other campuses.

NACElink is an additional service for students and alumni to help search and apply for jobs. More than 500 schools use this system which provides access to jobs offered by companies that are listed nowhere else.

Honor Roll Online is a new service that assists companies in recruiting students in competitive Liberal Arts schools, and helps students get noticed by those companies through e-mail and webcam. NOTE: you must contact the Career Center via e-mail or phone to receive the IWU student User ID and Password.

Vault is a unique career content and services include carefully researched and continually updated "insider" information on over 3,000 companies and 70 industries. To log in, put in your IWU email address and Vault will immediately send you a temporary password.
