Mentoring Program
The Hart Career Center Mentoring Program connects students with you, our alumni and friends. As a mentor, you become more connected to Illinois Wesleyan, share information about your profession, help guide graduates to career success, and find interns or quality candidates for your organization. Our Mentoring Program is managed through the Career Center's online eRecruiting system. To begin, you will need to fill out an IWU Mentoring Request. Carol Csanda, Knowledge Management Director, State Farm, Bloomington, who helped her mentee refine her resume, shadow her at work for a day, and secure a job interview.
