Balancing competing needs of the various stakeholders.
For e.g. the Internal Audit objective has to be balanced with the needs and goals of the specific project area that I may be analyzing/investigating.
How did you get to be where you are today?
All thanks to my accounting major at IWU. An accounting major allowed me to get a job in auditing/consulting right after graduation. I got a chance to work with so many different organizations and gained valuable insight into what each of these organizations considered to be of strategic value. I was able to interact with some of the top financial and operational decision makers at these organizations literally almost straight out of college! These experiences provided the foundations of my career advancement.

I also participated in the J-term (now May Term) program and did an internship in London.
