Biography
Professor Bussone has taught a wide variety of courses including Marketing, Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, E-Commerce, Economics, Finance, Career Development, and Entrepreneurship. She uses a team-oriented atmosphere in the classroom.
She has 21 years of industry experience, which includes managing various manufacturing and redistribution business units and leading new product launches. Karen has held positions at Kraft Foods, Champaign, IL; Kellogg Company, Battle Creek, MI, and Dot Foods, Mt. Sterling, IL.
