Illinois Wesleyan University provides significant support for students to achieve academic success. In order to be successful in college, students need to learn how to best study, manage their time, and utilize the resources available to them. Students need to know it is all right to ask for help. The first person to talk with if students are struggling in courses is their professor. He or she will be able to provide information on how to be successful in the course and what resources are available for students. Academic Advisors can also help students identify challenging issues and make referrals to appropriate campus resources.
