Message Navigation

Message Management and Response

  • Play: 2
  • Pause: #
  • Message Speed: 21 (slower) / 23 (faster)
  • Message Volume: 24 (softer) / 26 (louder)
  • Skip Backward(current message): 1
  • Skip Forward(current message): 3
  • Jump to Previous Message: 4
  • Jump to Next Message: 6
  • Message Re-play from Start: 2 (after message)
  • Delete (Erase): 76 (before, during or after message)
  • Restore Message (undelete): Do not hang up. Cycle back to the message and press 76
  • Call Author of Message (on campus): 9
  • Reply with a Voicemail: 71
  • Message Details (Caller, day, time): 72
  • Forward Message (Send Copy): 73
  • Reply to All Recipients: 74
