Once your pages have been created, formatted, and proofread, they can be published to our public campus website. You can initiate the publication of your web page by clicking the "Submit" link to the right of each document, image, and file that you wish to be visible to the public. Once an object has been submitted, the LCMS publishing cycle will place it on the public web within ten minutes.

Clicking Submit results in the publication of a document
Submit images and files first
It is a good idea to click the "Submit" link next to each image, PDF, or document you have inserted into a page before submitting the actual page itself. This ensures that the page won't be published with broken images or links while you wait for the system to publish the next batch of submissions.
Navigation and Banner graphics
If a change to your left-side navigation links or your department banner graphic is needed, please contact Ann Aubry in University Communications. These changes can take longer than the typical ten minute publication cycle.
Proofread and Revise
Once your website has been submitted, be sure to view it from the public web to check for errors. It is a good idea to have someone from outside the campus community take a look. Prospective students and parents are important audiences and it is important to see things from their perspective. Look for links and images to be sure they were all submitted.
