Entries
    1.  Entries are due by noon on Tuesday, May 4th
    2.  Entries MUST be done online at http://trackmeet.aspisolutions.com/team/index.asp?IDMeet=472
    3.  Each school may enter and compete 5 individuals in each event
    4.  Each school may enter one relay team
    5.  The entries best outdoor meet performances for the current season should be included on the entry
    6.  All seeds must come from the CCIW Outdoor Rankings List
    7.   Entries without seeds may be entered but will be ranked at the bottom of the list
    8.  Initial entries will be available by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 5th
    9.  Final declarations or corrections are final by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5th
 

Seeding, lane placement, flights:
    1.  Seeding  will follow the NCAA rule book
    2.  Hy Tech and Raceberryjam programs are set up to follow the NCAA rule book
    3.  Heat sheets will be available to the coaches at noon on the Friday preceding the Championships.
    4.  Trials will be run in the 100 Meter Hurdles, 110 Meter Hurdles, 100 Meters, 200 Meters, 400 Meters, 400 Meter Hurdles, and 800 Meters.
         a. 8 competitors will advance to the finals at except at 9 will advance in the 800 Meters
         b. 9 competitors will advance to the finals at Augustana.
         c. 7 competitors will advance to the 110 Meter Hurdle finals at Illinois Wesleyan
         (8th place will be awarded to the next best time not advancing and may not move up in the finals)
    5.  All other races will be heats against time
    6.  Slow heats will run first
    7.  One more qualifier than scoring places shall advance to the finals plus ties in field events (9 finalists)

Special Awards
The CCIW coaches will vote on the most outstanding male and female athlete of the Outdoor Championships.  The CCIW Track & Field Chairman at the conclusion of the meet will collect nominations and hold the voting.

The CCIW coaches will vote on the Men’s Coach of the year and Women’s Coach of the year for the Outdoor Championships.  The CCIW Track & Field Chairman at the conclusion of the meet will collect nominations and hold the voting.

Throwing Venues
The javelin is located on the soccer field (grass approach) 1 block west of the track.  The shot, hammer, and discus are located adjacent to the track just across the wooden foot bridge.
